Mindfulness Workshops & Intuitive Tool Classes

These workshops focus on cultivating mindfulness practices to enhance mental clarity and emotional well-being. We also offer Intuitive Tool Classes. These classes are all about intuitive tools and how to use them. It is highly recommended that you bring your own tools to class with you.
